My Coronavirus Supplements

DISCLAIMER:  I am not a doctor, and you cannot consider this medical advice. We don’t know much about COVID-19, so I cannot guarantee your success if you replicate what I am doing to try to keep myself well.

Here are the things I’m leaning on for COVID-19

So, what I’ve done is use the knowledge that I’ve gained in the research that I’ve done over the past 4 years to compile a list of my ‘Best bets’ to keep me and mine as healthy as possible during this tumultuous time. Please understand that although I’ve seen response in myself from these supplements in the past for other nasty pathogens, no one really has any experience with treating COVID-19 naturally. However, please trust me when I say that supplements can be powerful. Again though, this is my best, experienced guess.

I TAKE THESE WITH FOOD

  • Oregano oil– Oregano oil is antiviral and is powerful for many things viral. I normally buy Now brand, but others are effective as well. They say that you just need to keep this in your system. It doesn’t have to be high levels. I’m taking 1 gelcap a couple of times a day to stay healthy. And, maybe as much as 1 every 4 hours if I get sick.
  • Olive Leaf Extract– This also is antiviral and antibacterial. It’s also fairly easy to empty the capsules to mix in food, if needed. I recommend 2 caps a couple of times a day for maintenance and as many as 9 if you are sick, spread through the day.
  • NAC– Again, I normally use Now brand. I recommend NAC for the chest congestion and to help dry up a runny nose. Here are some links about amazing NAC. I take 1 or 2 a day for now. If I were to get chest congestion, I would ramp that up to somewhere between 3 and six per day, with the ones I purchased at 1000 MG.
  • L-Lysine– L-Lysine is an amino acid that we use a lot. L-Lysine helps the body build collagen. But, it is also said to be an effective antiviral. I’m taking about 4 a day to fight against anything I come in contact with. I would likely ramp that up to 6 or so 500mg tabs a day, if I were sick.
  • *MOST POWERFUL* Crushed Garlic– I know what you are thinking. But, Garlic is one of the most powerful antibiotics known to man, according to many. It also contains antiviral and great anti-fungal support. Garlic has been a strong ally for me and, I believe one of the strongest. This is what you do:
    • Start with a single ‘Clove’ (Not the whole bulb). Get a garlic crusher or just chop and smash it as well as possible. Scoop it into a spoon and let it sit for 20 to 40 minutes (no longer). Then, scoop it into the back of your mouth and take a gulp of water. If you don’t like garlic, you really should reconsider. It’s really amazing and has wide-reaching benefits.

Again, this list does not come from any kind of experience with COVID-19, but rather from experience fighting other diseases that I cam convinced are also pathogen driven.
